Return and exchange policy
We value every customer's shopping experience. In order to ensure your rights and satisfaction, we have specially formulated the following detailed return and exchange policy.

1. Return policy
1.1 Return conditions
Goods should be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
The product must be accompanied by complete accessories such as hang tags and packaging boxes.
1.2 Return process
Please log in to your account and visit the "Order History" page within 30 days of purchase.
Select the items you want to return and provide a reason for the return.
Our customer service team will review your request within 2 working days and send a return confirmation email.
The returned goods will be sent back to the designated address, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive and review the returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will be routed back to your original payment method.
1.3 Return postage
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning merchandise. We recommend that you send your item back using a tracking service to ensure its safe arrival.

2. Exchange policy
2.1 Exchange conditions

2.2 Exchange process

The exchange product will be sent back to the designated address, and the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive and review the exchange item, we will ship out the new item as quickly as possible. Shipping costs for new items will be borne by us.
2.3 Exchange postage
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item, but we will cover the shipping cost of getting the new item to the customer.

3. Special instructions
3.1 Customized products
Due to the special nature of customized products, once purchased, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem with the product.
3.2 Explanation of fees
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to product quality problems.
